Suriname, Telecommunicatie Autoriteit Suriname:

  • Advising on the new Telecommunications Act and secondary legislation;
  • Advising the regulator on institution building including budgetary aspects.

Netherlands Antilles, Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post:

  • Valuating 2G and 3G licenses;
  • Developing and implementing a new numbering policy and plan.

Aruba, Directie Telecommunicatiezaken:

  • Developing and conducting the beauty contest for the third 2G licence;
  • Conducting quality of service measurements on GSM networks.

Sint Maarten, Administrative Court of Justice:

  • Advising the court of justice on an interconnection dispute between two operators;
  • Advising on minimizing cross border interference between mobile networks on the Dutch and French part of Sint Maarten.

Belize, Public Utilities Commission:

  • Developing a regulatory policy and management strategy on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
